John Alsop
John is a UKCC Level 2 coach with over 40 years experience of playing table tennis from County Junior through to County Senior and County Veteran. He has represented Bedfordshire at both Senior and Veteran level over the last 10 years and has played in the British Senior TT League in Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 over the last 8 years. In 2009-10 season he was top of the Premier Division player averages in the Northampton TT league, O50′s closed tournament winner from 2007-2009 and Bedford & District TT league veteran closed tournament winner from 2006-2009. In addition to his playing abilities he is a qualified County umpire, is currently Bedfordshire county Match Secretary and also Assistant Administrator for the ETTA County Championships competition.
