Please download, complete and print this booking form for each of your children. Please ensure that you sign and return it with your payment at least 14 days before the Summer Camp start date. Each individual session costs £13 but if you book for the full week then the price is reduced to £10 per session, that is, £50 for the five days. Once we have received your booking form we will send you confirmation and your child’s joining instructions.
